Tunis · Craft experiences with method

Transformation,
made by hand

Team experiences and individual workshops combining endangered crafts with professional coaching. For those seeking more than an event or class.

What we do

Out of the meeting room,
into the atelier

We bring people to the workbenches of master artisans to experience traditional crafts that are slowly disappearing. Individuals come to switch off, have fun and make something by hand. Companies come for team experiences that show how colleagues communicate, adapt, set goals and work together towards a shared vision. Everyone leaves with something they made and something they learned. Phones off. Hands on.

Why craft, why now

The more digital work becomes, the more this matters

No. 1

Focus

Hands-on craft does what no app can: it slows the nervous system, sharpens attention and clears the mental noise of high-stress, always-on work. The calm is not a metaphor. You feel it in the first hour.

No. 2

Connection

When people make something together, the dynamics of a team become visible: who leads, who listens, how decisions really happen. Our coaching methodology turns that into insight teams take back to work.

No. 3

Innovation

The oldest crafts turn out to be strikingly modern. The patience, precision and hands-on problem-solving they demand are exactly the capacities fast, digital teams are losing, and a surprisingly effective way to spark fresh thinking and better ways of working.

Impact, built in

Team-building that doubles as impact

Behind every session stands a master artisan practicing a craft at risk of disappearing. Your booking is paid work for them, direct and fair, that helps keep the craft in living practice.

For companies, that turns an ordinary event into CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility: real, local social impact you can document and report, told first-hand by the people who were in the room, not bought as an abstract offset.

What people take home

“I came not knowing what to expect and left with a handmade book, a piece of pottery, new friends and creative inspiration. I’ll be back.”

Youssef, Tunisia

“The coloring part of the mosaic workshop was very satisfying and relaxing. It’s like a practice to energize your mind and think outside of the box: you start with absolutely no clue, and eventually it turns into artwork. It was a great experience.”

“The calligraphy session slowed me down and made me appreciate taking my time. I left feeling lighter, inspired and really grateful.”
