Team-Buildings & Corporate Events

The team-building your people will still talk about in a year

Traditional crafts, professional coaching methodology and a social impact story, designed around your team’s real goals. In Tunis, at your offices, or as a multi-day offsite.

Why it works

Serious outcomes, disguised as an unforgettable day

Bowling and escape rooms entertain a team. They rarely change one. We pair the wisdom of craft with proven coaching and project-management methodologies, so the fun carries real, discussable results back into your organisation.

No. 1

Collaboration

Making one product with many hands exposes how your team plans, sequences and shares ownership, and gives them a shared success to point to.

No. 2

Communication

Craft makes the gap between what is said and what is understood physically visible, then our facilitation helps the team close it.

No. 3

Human connection

Phones off, hands busy, hierarchy flattened at the workbench. People meet each other again, as people, not job titles.

No. 4

Intercultural competence

Working alongside Tunisian master artisans is a live exercise in listening, respect and collaborating across languages and cultures.

Signature experiences

Every craft teaches a different lesson

A selection of our formats, each pairing one craft with one team dynamic. Your program is composed from these and tailored to your goals.

Collaboration

The Mosaic: Team Collage

Each person shapes their own fragment; only together do the pieces form one picture. A lasting artwork for your office, and a lasting metaphor for how your team fits together.

Communication

Back to Back: Ceramics in Pairs

Sitting back to back, one partner guides only with words; the other shapes the clay from what they hear. The distance between instruction and interpretation has never been this visible, or this discussable.

Problem-solving

Beautiful Mistakes: Calligraphy

Pairs start each other’s pieces with a deliberate “wrong” stroke, then finish them beautifully. A masterclass in reframing errors, building on others’ work and finding solutions instead of blame.

Shared vision

The Bindery: Writing a Shared Vision

Every vision begins as a blank book. Each person creates their own, fills it with their hopes for the project, and passes it on. Page by page, individual ideas become a shared story and by the end, one book and one vision belong to the whole team.

How it works

From first call to lasting effect

More than crafting: a facilitated reflection circle, where the day’s experience is turned into takeaways for work.

The process

1 · Discovery call

We listen first: your team’s size, dynamics, friction points and what this event should achieve. You receive a tailored proposal: format, program and quote.

2 · Designed experience

We compose the crafts, coaching exercises and facilitation around your goals, confirm master artisans and handle every logistical detail.

3 · The day & the debrief

Facilitated in English, French or German. We close with a structured reflection that names what the team experienced, and what to carry back to work.

The setting

In the atelier

Your team steps into a working artisan studio or a curated creative space in Tunis: the full immersion.

At your venue

We bring the artisans, materials and methodology to your offices or event location.

Multi-day offsite

Three to four days that merge craft, coaching and culture: the deepest format, in Tunisia’s most remarkable places.

The CSR angle

Team-building that also counts as CSR

CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility, is the social and community impact companies are increasingly expected to show: to clients, to the talent they want to keep, and in their reporting. Most of it is bought as abstract offsets nobody remembers.

A Crafted Visions event is the opposite. The budget you were already spending on an off-site becomes paid work for named local artisans and keeps an endangered craft in practice, a specific, verifiable impact story your own team lived and can tell first-hand. One spend, three returns: a team that works better together, a CSR contribution you can document and report, and employer-branding material that happens to be true.

In their words

What the team took away

“The facilitators were super nice and helpful. I worked with a team where we had very contrasting opinions, and it was so much fun to create a piece that brings everyone together.”

Mohamed Saleh · International NGO

“I really enjoyed the teamwork and the creative process. Even though we faced challenges, we worked really well together, stayed positive, and eventually made it work, which made the result even more rewarding.”

Team member · International NGO

“A key takeaway was patience, flexibility and not getting discouraged when things don’t work the first time. Good collaboration means adapting together, supporting each other and working toward a shared result.”
